About the Roles – Commercial Property Manager

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of commercial properties. Core duties include:

End-to-end portfolio management (lease administration, rent reviews, outgoings)

Maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships

Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and compliance

Financial and trust accounting, reporting, and budgeting

Ensuring full compliance with commercial tenancy legislation

Macarthur Region

Bankstown-Canterbury
→ Close-knit team | Friendly & highly supportive workplace

Parramatta
→ Well-established agency | Leads provided | Bilingual candidates highly desired

We’re Looking For:

NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Minimum 2+ years in Commercial Property Management (or strong Residential PM with some commercial exposure)

Sound understanding of commercial tenancy legislation

Strong communication, negotiation & conflict resolution skills

Tech confidence such as MRI, Property Tree, Console, REST, Inspection Manager

Valid driver's licence and own vehicle

Reliable, organised, and process-driven mindset
