Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media? Do you love creating video content that people actually want to watch? Elite Body Contouring is looking for a passionate Content & Social Media Manager to lead the creation of exciting, engaging content that connects with our audience across digital platforms.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be out and about in our clinics, filming, editing, scripting, collaborating with influencers, and bringing our brand to life through Reels, TikToks, Stories, and more. You’ll manage our social media calendar from end to end - from ideation to execution - and play a key role in growing our online community.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, create, and schedule captivating static and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

Produce high-quality videos from scripting, filming, and editing to copywriting and posting.

Develop and maintain a proactive social media content calendar in line with marketing campaigns.

Grow and manage our organic Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok feeds while ensuring all content is on-brand.

Identify and coordinate influencer collaborations, clinic shoots, and customer success stories.

Travel regularly to our clinics to gather content and capture real experiences.

Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content styles to keep our brand fresh.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop content for both organic and paid campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience (2+ years) in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio of video and static content.

Exceptional video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, Stories) using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.

Experience working with influencers and/or talent coordination.

Ability to script, storyboard, film, edit, write, and publish content independently.

Confidence in coordinating shoots with clinics, influencers, therapists and clients.

Strong copywriting skills and an eye for engaging visuals.

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Later, Sked Social, or Meta Business Suite.

Understanding of social media trends, content best practices, and platform algorithms.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content shoots.

A collaborative attitude and genuine love for creating content and working on the go.

Bonus: Experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + super (depending on experience).
