Duties & Responsibilities:

Initiate the development of an annual marketing plan, that strategically engages current and future patrons.

Development of a content and communications strategy.

Develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer growth.

Monitor and report on marketing initiatives, regularly sharing data and learnings, whilst providing insights into optimising and improving future initiatives.

Overseeing the preparation and distribution of reports including customer and business growth, retention, and experience.

Foster and champion internal staffing collaboration and engagement.

Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans that increase brand visibility and drives foot traffic.

Introduce customer data and market research to encourage evidence-based decision making.

Collaborate with the external provider on the development and maintenance of the ELC website and other relevant social media mediums.

Collaborate with the external graphic designer on briefing and development of brand assets and marketing collateral.

Represent the ELC at relevant community and industry events.

Collaborate with the CEO, or other relevant personnel, on the management and engagement of a member-based loyalty program.

Manager relationships with key partners and patrons.

Manager and administer event sales.

Essential:

3+ years’ experience in related positions, with strong strategy and digital marketing experience

Strong understanding of contemporary marketing practices

Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to go outside the box.

Strong administration and organisational skills.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns that have led to customer and financial growth.

Result driven person with strong analytical skills and experience in introducing, executing and optimising marketing plans whilst managing competing demands and deadlines.

A degree (or equivalent) in marketing or similar would be advantageous but not essential.
