Sydney Psych Hub is looking for a dynamic and organised Full-Time Practice Manager to join our team located in the heart of Castle Hill. Sydney Psych Hub provides psychological services to kids, youth, adults and families, and we have been providing care to people in the Castle Hill area for over 8 years.

We are a team of 16 psychologists/clinical psychologists and one Child, Adolescent, and Family Psychiatrist. We have a 5 person strong Client Relationships Team. Sydney Psych Hub is led by Principal Clinical Psychologists Rachel Grosseibl and Wajma Ebrahimi who provide strong clinical and operational leadership.

About the role.

As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice by overseeing administrative tasks, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the provision of excellent customer service to our clients, and managing our awesome client relationships team.

What we are looking for?

Formal qualification in Healthcare Management or Business Administration AND/OR

5+ years' experience in medical/allied health office management

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach

Strong problem solving skills

Strong conflict resolution skills

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud based practice management software

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role
