Position: Property Administration Officer
Location: Campbelltown, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Package: $85,000 (inclusive of superannuation)

Our day-to-day operations focus on property development, procurement, and asset management across 4 states. Tenancy and maintenance management are outsourced to trusted external providers. With assets valued at $400 million and ownership of over 900 homes, BlueCHP is recognised as a leading developer and asset manager in the housing sector.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administration Officer to join our Sydney office. This role is pivotal in supporting the Senior Asset & Tenancy Manager by overseeing the performance and compliance of external property managers, ensuring our property portfolio is maintained to the highest standards.
Note: This role will require interstate travel to support property inspections, handovers, and oversight of property management activities across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
π οΈ Maintenance & Repairs Oversight
Monitor and evaluate maintenance activities carried out by property managers, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes aligned with budget and service expectations.
π Property Inspections & Asset Planning
Coordinate and review inspection schedules and reports, contributing to strategic asset planning and compliance across multiple states.
π Documentation & Systems Management
Maintain and improve documentation systems related to property management, including inspection records, modification approvals, and warranty tracking.
π Compliance & Data Analysis
Analyze internal and external data to support rental reviews and ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations.
π€ Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams and external property managers to ensure consistent service delivery and operational alignment.
What Weβre Looking For
Experience or formal qualification within a property discipline
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in dealing with maintenance issues within a rental property environment
Willingness and ability to travel interstate as required
