What will you be doing in this role:
Working alongside the sales team this role will see you manage the back end of each sales transaction from price lists updates to exchanging contracts and ensuring buyers have selected their colours and finishes for their new apartment! Day to day you will be focusing on:
- Check and issue sales advices
- Manage exchanged and settled properties in CRM
- Prepare agency agreements and set agents up in CRM
- Uploading and reviewing contracts
- Printing marketing plans, contract and other display collateral
- Monitor deposits paid register
- Respond to agent queries about pricing and finishes
- Manage weekly reporting and updating of price lists
- Check invoices and commission calculations
- Manage solicitor relationships and communication
- Ad hoc admin support to Sales Manager
- Manage a busy inbox
The right candidate will have:
- Understanding of the residential sales process
- Experiencing using Excel at an intermediate level
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail
- Experience using Property Base preferable
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Ability to build relationship and drive outcomes
