Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a smaller portfolio than industry standard, allowing for quality service and work-life balance

Coordinating maintenance and liaising with tradespeople, tenants, and landlords

Organising and attending routine inspections

Answering incoming calls and assisting with day-to-day enquiries

Supporting the leasing team when required
