In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for staff and client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organized working environment.
  • Providing high-level administrative support to the broader team, assisting with coordination, documentation, and general office tasks.
  • Liaising with building management and external contractors to manage maintenance, repairs, and facilities-related matters.
  • Coordinating office logistics, including managing supplies, distributing mail, and arranging courier services.

What experience will you have?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be proactive and flexible in your approach with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Previous experience in administration or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
