We have partnered with a leading supplier in the façade cladding space to find an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company known for delivering high-quality façade solutions across commercial and residential projects. You’ll play a key role in managing supply projects, developing client relationships and driving business growth throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the management and delivery of façade supply projects to installers, fabricators and builders.

Maintain accurate and timely quotations, invoicing and material procurement.

Coordinate closely with installers, façade engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Drive business development by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Monitor project supply timelines and proactively manage any shortfalls or issues.

Ensure quality, compliance and customer satisfaction at every step.

Oversee inventory control and warehouse coordination.

Provide technical advice and project insights during quoting and sales processes.

Deliver regular updates and reporting to internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the façade or cladding industry.

Proven success working with installers, fabricators and builders.

Strong technical knowledge of façade cladding systems and materials.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and documentation skills.

Trade qualification or relevant degree, preferred.

Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.

A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a passion for quality and service.

Knowledge of Australian standards, design specs and industry best practices is highly regarded.
