Are you an experienced supply chain professional looking to take ownership of purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operations within a dynamic and supportive team environment? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a hands-on, end-to-end coordination role where your impact will be seen and valued.

We're seeking a highly organised and motivated Purchasing, Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to join our operations team in Fairfield. In this key position, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials from procurement through to storage and delivery-optimising efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Purchasing

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, value, and timely delivery

Raise and manage purchase orders; track and confirm incoming goods

Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs

Maintain up-to-date supplier records and resolve order discrepancies

Logistics

Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements

Work closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliance

Track shipments and proactively address delays or delivery issues

Continuously review and optimise transport processes

Warehouse Operations

Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits

Ensure safe and efficient warehouse practices, including equipment handling

Maintain a clean, compliant, and well-organised warehouse environment

What You'll Bring

3+ years' experience in a similar purchasing, logistics, or warehouse coordination role

Strong working knowledge of supply chain principles and warehouse operations

Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Exceptional attention to detail and time management

A current forklift license is essential

A qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is highly regarded
