What They Do:
This is a national powerhouse specialises in design, construction, installation, service, and maintenance of large-scale HVAC systems across commercial sites. Think commercial developments, retail centres, education facilities, healthcare projects, data centres, and industrial builds. Their reputation is solid, and their growth is explosive — particularly on the East Coast.
About the Role:
Based from the Queensland branch, your job will be to drive and grow the commercial HVAC arm. You’ll have the advantage of warm leads passed through the National BDM and Director, but this is also a role where your own drive and initiative will be rewarded. You’ll be:
Winning new commercial HVAC projects across QLD
Developing and nurturing client relationships for repeat business
Helping energise and build the QLD branch presence
Working closely with leadership to shape the future of the business
Salary:
$100k - $130k + Super + Company Car OR Car Allowance (15k + fuel card and toll pass) + Bonus

Who I'm Looking For:
An experienced external sales representative from the commercial HVAC industry – this is non-negotiable. You need to understand the industry, the projects, and the clients.
Existing contacts within the HVAC space will be highly advantageous – but if you’re ready to build your network, that’s welcomed too.
Someone with a hunter mentality – you’ll have warm leads, but your success will come from your ability to chase new opportunities and open new doors.
A strong communicator, comfortable liaising with project managers, site supervisors, engineers, and directors alike.
Negotiation and closing skills – someone who knows how to manage the sales process from introduction through to contract signing.
Resilient, driven, and commercially minded – you’re not just selling units; you’re building long-term project relationships and partnerships.
A team player who respects a collaborative, no-ego culture, but thrives when given autonomy to win work.
