About the role

We are seeking experienced Sous Chefs. This full-time role will see you preparing and serving delicious, high-quality meals for our guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of meals, canapés and other dishes for our guests

Ensuring all dishes meet our high standards for taste, presentation and consistency

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment

Assisting with menu planning, cost control and stock management

Providing excellent customer service to our guests

Collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver great results

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a busy hospitality environment

Formal culinary training or qualifications

Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

Excellent communication and customer service skills
