LOD Workwear is a dynamic business that specializes in Branded Merchandise & Uniform programs.
We are based in Braeside (South East Melbourne), and are looking for a Full Time Admin & Production Coordinator.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
We are looking for an independent and smart worker, who can keep all our stuff sorted.
You will be responsible for managing the processing & production of orders and working closely with the warehouse on packing & dispatch.
- Previous experience in administration, a warehouse role or similar position will be favoured, as we want you to enhance our team, make the space your own and always on the lookout for ways to develop our systems further and improve productivity.
- Quality Control is your domain, you will need to ensure the branded product meets QC standards and nothing slips through the cracks. You will quickly need to learn about decoration, enabling you to effectively QC product. There is heaps to learn and never a dull moment.
- You get to manage the production of orders and invoicing to ensure that deadlines for delivery of product to our clients is meeting deadlines and expectations.
- You will need an understanding and previous experience with purchasing ie. purchase orders and stock reconciliation.
- You are going to need previous experience and be super comfortable on the computer, we don’t want to have to teach you this (Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word). You will be capable of quickly learning on website platforms for job management. We also use SAP B1 and its super easy, previous experience is not required, but would help you stand out a little.
- It’s fast paced, so you are going to need to by physically & mentally capable of working quickly, staying efficient and keeping a smile on your face, all at the same time.
JOB TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Production of all jobs – including placing orders, checking invoices, tracking each job ensuring it's on track and troubleshooting
- Replying to customer regarding queries on Status of Jobs, lead times, quotes, artwork, delivery address via email + Phone
- Help answering phones/customer service
- Help with unpacking goods/dispatching – hands on role
In this role, you will be required to lift & move some heavy boxes around so you will need to follow our OHS policy for your own health & wellbeing.
You will have an excellent work ethic and understand the importance of your role, that we are relying on you to show up, you are running production, so need to be on time and ready to go with a smile on your face everyday.
There are times when you will be dealing direct with our clients & suppliers, so as a representative of the business, your personal presentation will need to be high standard.
We want you to do well both professionally & personally, we value a supportive working environment and want you to develop your skills further.
We will provide you with a full set of uniforms to wear and your working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (no weekends).
