We are a leading aluminium window fabrication company, specialising in premium European window systems, and we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Coordinator to join our office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with the Draftsperson and Project Manager to collect precise technical information for production

Prepare cutting lists, material orders and job packs for the fabrication team

Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet project timelines

Communicate with the factory team to troubleshoot issues and ensure workflow continuity

Maintain accurate job records and keep our internal systems up to date

Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient production process

About You:

Experience in production coordination, scheduling, or administration within the window fabrication or construction industry is essential

Familiarity with aluminium windows and fabrication processes, especially European systems, is highly regarded

Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents

Excellent organisational and time-management skills with great attention to detail

Confident communication skills to liaise across drafting, project, and factory teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ideally experienced in AutoCAD
