This hands on role will involve you in the key aspects of our vibrant residential and commercial construction business. Reporting to the Construction Manager, your role focus will be to manage project progress, control quality, liaise with office team and tradies, order materials and supervise labour and site safey for our projects.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Manage subcontractors to execute a project in on time, within budget and to high standards
• Coordinate of materials, equipment, schedules and safety on site
• Liaise between client, sub-contractor and office team.
• Daily report to Construction Manager
• Analysis of complex structures, such as multi-level buildings

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 year experience as a Site Manager
• Experience delivering $10m+ projects
• Good communication skills and professional presentation
• Implement OHS and building standards
