Their core expertise includes remedial waterproofing, concrete crack repair, leak sealing injections, and structural concrete remediation. With office locations in both Sydney and Brisbane, they are experiencing strong growth and are now seeking a skilled Site Supervisor / Foreman to support their expanding operations in Sydney.

The Opportunity

As part of their continued growth, our client is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join their growing Sydney team. Reporting directly to a Project Manager, you will play a hands-on role overseeing multiple smaller-scale projects focused on remedial waterproofing, concrete repair, leak sealing injections, and structural remediation works.

• Competitive salary package: $115K – $130K (Base) + Car Allowance + Superannuation (Negotiable for the right candidate)
• Full-time, permanent position with Monday–Friday working hours (7:00am – 3:30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple smaller remedial building sites
• Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain strict compliance with WHS requirements
• Provide regular site updates and progress reports to the Project Manager
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach to site supervision

About You

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman within the Remedial Waterproofing and Remedial Building (concrete repair) space
• Experience managing projects with specific scopes including: Remedial Waterproofing, Concrete Crack Repair, Leak Sealing Injections, and Structural Concrete Remediation.
• Trade qualification in Waterproofing, Carpentry, or Bricklaying (Waterproofing preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams on-site
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Possession of a valid White Card (Construction Induction)
• Proven safety-first mindset
