About the Role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring safety, quality, and program adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all site-based activities from start to completion.

Direct and support trades and subcontractors to maintain progress and quality.

Interpret plans, specifications, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Generate and manage construction programs to achieve project milestones.

Conduct regular site safety meetings and maintain WHS compliance.

Maintain site records, monitor quality assurance, and proactively resolve issues.

Communicate effectively with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders.

Ensure the site is kept clean, organised, and environmentally compliant.

About You

You are an experienced Foreman who takes pride in delivering excellent outcomes and leading your team with professionalism.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Foreman in multi-level residential construction.

Trade qualified with solid technical and practical construction knowledge.

Proven ability to run multiple trades and contractors efficiently.

Excellent plan reading skills and acute attention to detail.

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Committed to maintaining a safe, high-quality work environment.

Motivated to work 6 days per week to drive project delivery.

Unrestricted right to work in Australia.

Current Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
