The Company

• High-end residential design & construct business that's been trading for 10 years.
• Deliver architecturally designed luxury home renovations, extensions and new builds valued between $1m and $5m.
• Great systems and processes in place along with an established management structure including company directors and project manager.

About The Role

• Site Foreman / Site Manager to deliver architecturally designed high-end home projects from start to finish.
• Working on one project at any one time.
• Site locations in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs such as Glebe, Bondi and Bellevue Hill.
• Salary between $120,000 and $135,000 plus super.

Duties

• Site management of trades and staff.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.

Skills & Experience

• Carpentry trade background - Certificate III in Carpentry.
• Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good stakeholder management experience.
• Good IT skills.
