We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and efficient project execution. Due to expansion, we’re seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for House/Duplex construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and to standard.

Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Coordinate construction schedules, liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Manage material procurement and deliveries to minimize delays and waste.

Provide on-site guidance to construction crews and subcontractors, resolving technical issues.

Enforce OHS/WHS policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Report daily/weekly progress, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manager.Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Site Foreman (or similar role) in residential construction (House/Duplex).

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).

Relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, First Aid, Site Supervisor License).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
