We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor and one leading hand to join our team and manage the delivery of new builds from beginning to completion. Reporting to Company Director, the role will be based on site and shall be responsible for the delivery and supervision of the project. Projects range from single dwelling, duplex and industrial warehouse.

The role is a long-term full time position and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver multiple projects and grow with the company.

The right candidate is essential, and we are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic site manager who is passionate about construction and is seeking to grow with the company on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities of the role

1. Senior Site Supervisor

· Experience in residential projects from ground to completion

· Familiar with the structural works

· Site management and supervision of sub-contractors, trades, consultants and all project personnel

· Read, interpret and set-out all project documentation including architectural plans, structural plans, building services plans, scope of works and so forth

· Quality assurance and control of sub-contractors work.

· Scheduling subcontractors and trades.

· Site progress reports.

· Site inductions and toolbox talks.

2.Leading Hand

· Experience in residential projects from ground to completion

· Assist with site foreman to manage the site work and sub-contractors.

· Attention to detail and Teamworking skills
