We are looking for a Finance Team member who has experience/passion with MYOB Account Right and demonstrated ability in processing Award based payroll and a high volume Invoicing environment.

In addition to the day to day responsibilities (Invoicing, Payroll, Reporting…) You will be assisting with cleansing the data, refining and documenting the processes, implementing functionality with business software, streamlining the payroll function, looking after all things 'payroll related', reporting and grasping an understanding of all other day to day Finance functions, so you can assist the team.

This role is Monday to Friday working in the office with working hours 0800-1700 - but flexible times.

MUST HAVE: MYOB Account Right experience

MUST HAVE: Payroll processing with Award condition application

Highly regarded: High Volume Invoicing experience in a services industry

Highly regarded: Accounting degree and minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Essential: Customer service where you enjoy exceeding expectations

Essential: Demonstrated Accounting / Finance / Bookkeeping skills

Essential: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Essential: High degree of confidentiality and discretion
