The Role

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Support payroll processes (via ADP)
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist in month-end reporting
• Help with the transition to a paperless and automated workflow

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll support, journal entries, and assisting with month-end reporting.
• Seeking an accounts professional looking for stable, long-term and part-time work or a junior studying CA/CPA looking for hands-on experience.
• Comfortable working in a structured, on-site environment with a steady workflow and long-tenured team.
• Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a small, professional finance team.
