Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:

The Role

• Support monthly finance close process, journal entries, accruals and reconciliations
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Support payroll processes (via ADP)
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Help with the transition toward a paperless and automated workflow

Your Skills & Experience

• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll support, journal entries, and assisting with month-end reporting.
• Either a seasoned accounts professional seeking stable, long-term part-time work or a junior studying CA/CPA looking for hands-on experience.
• Comfortable working in a structured, on-site environment with a steady workflow and long-tenured team.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a small, professional finance team.
