Work onsite at our Bowen Hills modern residential apartment building. No travelling from house to house for inspections etc. All work based a one building, no need to use a car.

Shared management of Portfolio of 120 Apartments with the Senior Property Manager.

Use your experience to manage your priorities to get the job done without constant direction, while having the senior property manager available for support for any sticky situations and guidance.

Key Information:
High End modern residential building
PropertyMe Management Software
Close to Bowen Hills train station for easy commute
Full time Mon to Fri role (No weekend work - fully switch off to work after your day is over on weekends)

Primary Duties:
Conduct routine, entry & exit inspections
Application processing
New & Renewing Lease
Open home inspections
Administration & lease sign-up packs
Assist with resident enquiries

Is this you?
Minimum 12 months using PropertyMe software.
Enjoy helping residents and clients.
Attention to detail (gramar / spelling) and take pride in your work.
Happy to follow defined workplace procedures (to make your life easier).
Enjoy Care for clients and wanting to make a positive impact.
You have a current Real estate licence.
