he Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Property Manager to compliment our growing Property Management team. This position is full time with a portfolio of around 100 properties.

The role is 5 days a week - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

General end to end Property Management tasks

Handling repairs, maintenance and submitting invoices

Property Condition Reports

Routine Inspections

Final Bond Inspections

Liaising with landlords and tenants

Creating and maintaining strong business relationships

Advertising of properties

Application/Lease sign up's

Court Attendance where required

Assisting with Administration and Reception where required

Skills and experience:

To be considered for this position:

Prior experience managing a growing portfolio

You must have a valid driver's licence

You must have a current Property Management certificate of registration

Strong communication and computer skills

A desire to work in Property Management and continue learning

Outstanding interpersonal skills is a must!

Strong attention to detail is essential
