A highly regarded, luxury automotive dealership on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead its busy and successful Service Department.

About the role

• Oversee the daily operations of a large, premium service department
• Lead and develop a team of skilled technicians, advisors, and support staff
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service standards
• Monitor and achieve financial, operational, and customer service KPIs
• Maintain and enhance brand standards across all service touchpoints

About you

• Proven leadership experience in a dealership in Service Management, Assistant Service Management, or Workshop Management (luxury or volume brands welcome)
• Strong communication, organisational, and team development skills
• Passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Technically minded with a keen focus on efficiency and process improvement
• Results-driven, with a strong commercial and operational mindset
