We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to oversee the Queensland territory, specialising in civil construction products. This critical role will see you managing and expanding relationships with major Tier 1 civil contractors, driving revenue growth across significant infrastructure and civil projects.

In this position, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value Tier 1 accounts, nurturing long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to increase market share. Your deep understanding of the civil construction sector and ability to provide technical solutions will position you as a trusted advisor to your clients.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, engaging with key decision-makers within major contractors, and ensuring the seamless supply of products to large-scale projects. Your focus will be on maximising value for clients while delivering strong commercial outcomes for the business.

Success in this role requires proven experience selling into Tier 1 civil contractors and managing large accounts within the civil construction market. A background in the sales or hire of civil products is essential, coupled with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex project requirements.
