My client is one of Australia's largest suppliers of Civil and Construction hire equipment and products. The company is strategically placed nationally and works alongside the Tier 1 and 2 major civil contractors within the industry. The company has experienced year on year growth and with recent events, they are poised to start growing even further then they have.

This is an extremely vita position within their Queensland team.

The Role

The role of Shoring Manager is a vital and diverse position requiring a confident individual who can lead a team of sales representatives whilst also driving knew business through major Tier 1 civil clients and be hands on with some project management of the Shoring equipment. You will oversee the company's major clients in QLD to make sure products are being supplied and installed correctly and to drive sales volume through your built relationships.

About You

This is a highly critical position for the business and as a result, industry experience is required. Though we do look at culture fit and attitude, this particular role requires an industry expert.

Must have experience and/or background with Shoring across civil projects.

Must have experience or understanding of Excavator Mounted Vibrators

Must have experience within sales of either of the above

Able to lead from the front and inspire a team of sales reps

Confident in dealing with major Tier 1 Civil Contractors

This role is a hybrid role that has time mixed between being out on site as well as time in the office. This is a Monday to Friday position and there is no set time between site work and office work. It will all be down to the current activity.

Base salary $115k - $130k

Super at 12%

Fully Maintained Company Car

Bonus Structure which is paid Quarterly
