We are looking for a Para-Broker, engaging in the Gratifying Role of being our "Researching & Solutions Expert", helping fit our Client's Loan Applications with the most Suitable Lenders.

Description

· You will be our centre person in the office, with Loan Processors supporting you

· You are Chiefly in the "Research Based Role" as our Credit Analyst

· The Broker is in Sales, feeding you Customer Fact Finds & Documents for you to Study & Analyse

You will then be:

· Contacting our customers to ask relevant questions for clarity on each deal

· Applying your Lender Policy Knowledge to each Deal

· Researching Lender Policies with each deal

· Matching Suitable Lenders to each deal

· Communicating with the Potential Lenders that suit the deal

· Completing various Servicing Calculations, and Crunching other numbers

· Brainstorming & Collaborating with our Broker & Team for great Solutions

· Summarising 1-3 Suitable Lending Solutions to help the Broker Propose these to our customers

· Instructing our Loan Processors by handing over the Customers to them along with the Loan Solutions

· Overlooking our Loan Processor's work with their Loan Submission/Application Process

· Supporting our Loan Processors to take each Deal from Loan Submission to Loan Settlement

· Personally, assisting our Broker with keeping our clientele updated and well informed throughout the Loan process.

Purpose of your Role:

· The Team will ultimately function to allow the Broker more focus on SALES, allowing the Broker more time for new Customers & Referral Partners

· With regards to our Work Processes & Client journey, we have established an Efficient Well-Oiled Machine and your Crucial & Autonomous Role will connect to it with ease

· The Broker is excited to Regularly Meet to have your input on improving the Processes and sees this greatly Boosting the growth of the Business

· Your role is Central and will inevitably Lead to exponential Growth of the business and hence growth to oneself

· You will Lead a small team of Loan Processors that support you, with the potential to Lead a larger group as the Business Grows

· You will enjoy keeping the Operations of the BACKEND of the business "SOLUTIONS/Submitting/Settling" very-well organised.

Hours of Work, and Location:

· The Permanent Fulltime Role is from Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm with an hour Break in the middle

· We are a family friendly organisation and can be flexible with times so you can drop off and pick up your children from school or day care if required

· Each Team Member works from the Secluded Comfort of their own Home Office and will be communicating with the Broker/Team online, sharing work via Skype, Email, Phone Calls etc.

· The Broker desires to Occasionally meet In Person, at least once a month to discuss improvements and simply Bond over a Lunch.

About You:

· We're looking for a Caring and Motivated Individual who Genuinely wants the satisfaction of helping and contributing to the Good Lives of our many Clients, their Families & their Businesses

· We require a Local Australian based person, not an overseas Virtual Assistant, to help with Excellent Communications with our Clientele

· We prefer a Mature Person, who has worked in the Credit System recently, ideally in a Brokers Office, or in Credit with the Lenders

· Ex-Brokers / Ex-Lenders are encouraged to apply, who have the experience, they know the business, have dealt with the Lenders, but don't like going out on the battlefield of sales OR just realise broking is not for them, and would rather have Job Stability with the Ambition and Motivation to Grow within this Rapidly Expanding & Successful Business

· You have a Positive Attitude with a Sharp Eye for Detail, that Loves Problem Solving and making Customers Deals work

· You are not overwhelmed easily because you're great with Organisation and time management

· And you're able to work on your Own, are computer literate who can easily use technologies such as CRM and Workflow platforms, Emails & MS Office

· At heart, we want that Experienced Person who will commit to helping us go the extra mile in meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.

The Benefits:

· Base of $80,000 + Super.

· Generous & Achievable Bonuses to have you make over $150,000 per annum in Potential Total Income.

· It is necessary to have your Own Home Office set up, which is your Dedicated & Uninterrupted Workspace with

a Computer/Laptop, Additional Screen & Phone and We can help Fund and set any of these up at any time.

· Phone Contract is Supplied.
