Alex brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles as a business development manager, where he supported hundreds of mortgage brokers, and as a banker, directly addressing clients' lending needs. This dual perspective allows him to fully understand and navigate both sides of the process.

The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional loan processor to support our broker with their deals. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring loan options and serving as the main point of contact for our clients.

You will become an expert in credit and the loan process, with the opportunity to eventually progress into a broking role and manage your own book of clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and evaluating loan options available to clients based on their credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio.
  • Liaising with lenders on behalf of your clients to obtain the best possible mortgage terms and rates.
  • Providing financial advice on all aspects of the mortgage process, including down payments, closing costs, and repayment terms.
  • Ensuring we meet our compliance targets and obligations
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and lenders to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with clients and lender BDMs before and after settlement
  • Sticking to our core “make it happen finance.” Values and principles .

About You:

  • 1+ years of mortgage experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Apply Online.
  • High attention to details
  • Speedy delivery and professional client interaction.
  • Ability to prioritise well and manage your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to self learn and research the market for the right solutions
