About the Role

This is a high-volume, high-quality mortgage broking role for someone who’s ready to take their career to the next level. You’ll handle a steady stream of warm referrals, mainly from property investor networks, working across residential loans, refinances, equity releases, and complex structures including trusts and multiple securities.

You’ll work closely with an experienced director and a strong backend team so you can focus on providing tailored finance advice and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand goals and deliver tailored loan strategies
• Structure complex deals (refinances, equity release, investment lending, etc.)
• Coordinate with lender BDMs, conveyancers, and advisors
• Leverage support staff for admin, ApplyOnline, and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records
• Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners

Skills & Experience

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience as a broker or in a similar role
• Proven experience managing an element of complexity
• Strong understanding of lender products, policies, and structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with investor clients is highly regarded
• Self-driven with strong attention to detail and organisation
• Tech-savvy with experience using broker CRMs (AFG Flex a bonus)
