About the role

Join Auxico Corporation as a full-time Customer Service Officer based in Campbellfield, Victoria. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our growing client base. With a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, this position is a key part of our customer-centric operations. We are looking for a person with passion to deliver administration support to our internal teams and customers. Hours would be from 8:00am-4:30pm

What you'll be doing

Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and online channels in a timely and professional manner

Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively

Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

Processing of customer orders and transactions

Providing administrative support to the broader team

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

Basic office administration duties

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the administration or sales support industry

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Proficient in using Outlook, Word and Excel

A team player with a positive, proactive and problem-solving attitude

Knowledge of Asian food products will be highly regarded
