About the Role

This is a blended position that keeps things interesting — part guest experience, part property management. You'll be:

Overseeing our guest communications team to ensure seamless stays

Reporting to properties for maintenance, inspections and inventory checks

Acting as a key point of contact for property owners and handling light maintenance

Assisting with client relationships, home setup, and ensuring our properties are always guest-ready

Occasionally rolling up your sleeves to handle quick fixes (like replacing light bulbs or adjusting door handles)

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have experience in Property Management, Building Management or Short Term Rental related experience.

Are interested in real estate and growing your career in the space

Communicate well and enjoy supporting both guests and property owners

Are practical, not afraid to get hands-on, and can think on your feet (Problem Solver!)

Have basic handyman skills or trade experience

Take pride in delivering quality and consistency, and love being organised and proactive
