About the role
As the Guest Services Manager for ATRIA Wellness Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our newly constructed corporate wellness facility on Ann Street. In this full-time role, you will lead a team of front-line staff to deliver best in class welcoming experience.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee all front of house operations, including membership enquires & management
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, such as implementing new processes or training staff
Manage and schedule the front office team, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent customer service
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the organisation
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What we're looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) in a guest services or front office management role within the hospitality/leisure industry
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with members and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach
Experience in using CRM systems
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be highly desirable
