What You’ll Do
Deliver genuine hospitality: Ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, memorable experience before, during, and after their stay.

Handle reservations: Manage guest bookings by phone, email, and in person with care and accuracy.
Update records: Check and maintain booking details to keep our systems current.
Respond to inquiries: Address guest questions about availability, rates, and amenities promptly and professionally.

Shift Details
Rotating rosters: Experience a flexible work-life balance with rotating shifts, including mornings (7:00 am – 3:00 pm), afternoons (1:00 pm – 9:00 pm), and evenings (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm). Work a full-time schedule of 38 hours per week, with your shifts spread across Monday to Sunday for a dynamic and varied routine.
Weekends and public holidays: Required, with penalty rates paid.
