We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and motivated local to join our reservations and guest experience team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the voice of Niche Holidays Noosa — managing bookings from first enquiry to check-out, ensuring guests feel supported, welcomed, and ready to enjoy everything Noosa has to offer.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling guest bookings and enquiries with care and confidence

Coordinating check-ins and check-outs with warmth and efficiency

Converting enquiries into confirmed stays and repeat visits

Managing reservation systems and keeping guest records up to date

Working closely with our small local team and trusted property managers

Monitoring booking trends and adjusting pricing where needed

Resolving issues with a cool head and can-do attitude

Bringing a little extra “local touch” to everything you do

What We’re Looking For

A local resident with full Australian working rights (No holiday visa holders, please)

Previous experience in reservations, tourism, hospitality, or customer service

Confident communicator — both over the phone and by email

Comfortable using booking platforms (Resly, Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)

Highly organised and great at managing multiple tasks

Positive, proactive, and team-focused

Good understanding of Noosa and surrounding attractions

Willingness to work across a 7-day roster, including 1 weekend day per week
