Operations Assistant

Are you ready to enter the dynamic world of car sales?

We are chasing an all-rounder and superstar who will engage in all branches of the sales process; you will need to be adaptable and driven for success.

You will be engaged in chasing finance leads, the production of marketing material, general office administration, customer service and with potential pathways into vehicle sales or finance broking.

What you'll be doing

Candidates must have unrestricted Australian work rights.

Finance Assistant:

You will be an assistant to our finance director and help liase with clients.

It will be your responsibility to obtain or follow up on any required documents or information that is required from our clients.

Administration:

The successful applicant will be comfortable and fluent in their telecommunication skills as you will be communicating with both customers and suppliers.

You will contribute to general office work, such as data entry, filing of invoices, and management of supplies.

You must have a thorough working knowledge in Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.

Sales Assistant:

Engage with clients over the phone or in person; the Operations Assistant is not a sales position, however; we require an energetic approach to customer engagement leading prospective buyers to the sales team.

Car Reconditioning:

Your role in the reconditioning process will be to connect with our network of suppliers and order vehicle parts.

You will be required to collect and deliver vehicles to our suppliers as a part of the reconditioning service.

You will be responsible for checking that all vehicles meet our standards through a series of checklists.

Marketing:

You will be required to upload and maintain multiple websites to promote the sale of our vehicles.

Flexibility to work indoors and outdoors:

Must be physically capable of moving between vehicles and standing for extended periods.

This is not an office only job, you will be required to go outside to complete checklists, engage with customers and assist the sales team in tasks such as removal and replacement of number plates.

You will be required to leave the premises to collect vehicles on a daily basis.

Must hold a current Australian manual driver's licence
