We’re currently looking for passionate individuals to join our expanding Operations and Delivery team in the role of Operations Assistant.

Job Role:

· 1st line customer phone support

· Inbound and follow up calls

· Warehouse management support

· Dispatch and receipt of goods

· Compliance assurance

· Processing emails

· Document preparation

· Remote Technical support

· Some on-site technical support

Requisites:

· Helpdesk experience

· Outstanding organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

· Superb written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work alone and with others

· simPRO experience (preferred, but not essential)

· Have full use of a reliable vehicle
