We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Practice Manager to guide our team and champion operational excellence at our established Ballina centre. With 1–2 experienced practitioners on each day delivering the full scope of general dentistry, you’ll be joining a stable, well-supported environment where your leadership can truly shine.

What you’ll do

• Lead, inspire and coach your team to deliver outstanding patient care
• Oversee day-to-day operations including rosters, schedules, and patient flow
• Drive performance and operational improvements across the centre
• Collaborate with your Regional Manager on compliance, team development and KPIs
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for both patients and your team

What you’ll bring

• Strong leadership skills – whether you’re a Senior Dental Assistant, Practice Manager or Dental team leader, you know how to bring people together
• Experience in a Dental environment essential for this position
• A solution-focused mindset and ability to juggle priorities with ease
• Confidence in coaching others and creating high-performing teams
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for health care and creating great patient experiences
