As a Manager, you will be an integral part of our operations, overseeing various areas within the venue to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This is a full-time position, offering a great opportunity to contribute to the success of our park.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of your departments and duty manage.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and team.
Collaborate with other managers and teams to develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
Uphold & lead teams with WHS policies, procedures and training.
Maintain records and generate reports on operations and attendance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, fast food or tourism industry.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with team and guests from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the operational needs of the business.
