We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants alike. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of an existing rent roll of residential properties.

Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants.

Coordinate leasing, rent collection and tenant relations.

Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently.

Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals and compliance with legal regulations.

Monitor budgets, financial reports and expenses related to property operations.

Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards.

Handle tenant enquiries, complaints and conflict resolution professionally.

Requirements:

Preferred experience in property management or a similar role. (No previous experience will be considered).

Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and leasing practices.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organised and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

A valid real estate license.
