Ribs and Rumps is a steak & rib restaurant based in Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127. The business is well established with a 20 year history.
As we are in an event precinct, we specialise in delivering delicious meals in a fast-paced environment. Our succulent ribs & juicy steaks are what we are renowned for.
Ribs and Rumps is seeking applications from experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our operational team in Sydney Olympic Park.
The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:
2 years + experience in a management stream
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to recruit, train and supervise staff
The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
Anticipate and attend to the guest’s requirements and desires immediately.
Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant’s menus
Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice
Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members
Maintain high standards and lead by example
Key Qualifications & experience
Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum 2 years experience in similar role.
Tasks & responsibilities (but not limited to)
Manage rostering, staffing, and stock management, navigate restaurant compliance, oversee profit & loss, budgets, promotion, and supporting the kitchen team for new menu as per the market needs.
As a successful candidate, you will be offered immediate start and on a negotiable salary
Candidates with Australian citizenship or permanent residency will be preferred.
