What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Office Manager, you’ll take full ownership of Caspers’ office operations, from customer interaction, order processing, production sheet creation, delivery manifests and label creations for outward goods. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, ensuring quality, and fostering a positive team culture. Effective communication between office and production manager is essential for accurate and positive outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

· Daily entering of orders into SalesIn software

· Client liaison

· Production sheet creation through a sophisticated Excel program

· Communication with the kitchen production team to ensure order facilitation and sauce production

· Creation of required nutritional labelling and package labelling for dispatch

· Logistics organisation for optimal and cost effective deliveries

· Manifest creation for one to three logistics companies

· Small Café management and service

· Stock control in conjunction with Packing staff

· Manage rosters for the packing team based on daily production numbers, hiring and team performance, ensuring we have the right people working in the packing area..

· Holding daily toolbox meetings with Production Manager to keep production on track.

· Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying new ways to boost performance.

· Work closely with the CEO, providing daily updates and insights to drive the business forward.

We need a natural leader with a passion for food production and operational excellence. You’ll be the driving force behind the Office and Café spaces ensuring we are delivering exceptional results every day.

Your Skills & Experience:

· Advanced knowledge of Excell, One Drive and Accounting Packages

· An organised office environment

· Advanced knowledge of food production processes, particularly in baking and pastry.

· A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.

· The ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.

· HACCP knowledge and a strong understanding of food safety.

· A proactive, can-do attitude—you thrive in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

· Excellent communication skills—fluent in English and able to liaise across departments with ease.
