At Daniel’s, we’re not just baking Australia’s best donuts and pies—we’re building a national sensation. From one iconic Springvale store to over 40 million donuts sold, we're scaling fast—rolling out into 7-Eleven stores nationwide and expanding our own retail footprint across the country.

Donuts don’t stop here though. We also own iconic wholesale brands like Doughnut Time, Mr Donut, Anytime Donuts, and Bay Bakery, we’re spreading sweet & savoury vibes far and wide. You’ll find our treats stocked in some big names — Starbucks, Coles, Reddy Express, Woolworths, Ampol, and BP — so whether you're grabbing a coffee, fueling up, or doing the weekly shop, a donut fix, or savoury treat is never far away!

The Role

We’re looking for a Production Manager to be the heartbeat of our manufacturing operations! You’ll lead the charge in keeping our donuts rolling—literally—by optimising processes, guiding an awesome team, and ensuring the plant operates like a well-oiled machine (with icing on top).

What you’ll be doing

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

Keep our cutting-edge production line running at full throttle to meet daily KPIs

Own and fine-tune the production schedule to keep us on time and on budget

Team up with QA to enhance SOPs, boost efficiency, and eliminate waste (lean is the dream!)

Spot opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale up

Troubleshoot issues before they turn into donut disasters

Crunch numbers and deliver daily production reports

Help manage budgets and implement savvy cost-control strategies

Supervise, support, and inspire your production crew

Lead daily huddles with team leaders to boost performance and tackle bottlenecks

Collaborate across departments like a boss—from raw material receiving to final product delivery

Who You Are

You’re not just a manager—you’re a motivator, organiser, and innovator with a background in fast-paced food manufacturing. You know how to make a production floor hum with efficiency and energy.

Must-Have Experience

2–3 years as a Production Manager in an FMCG setting

Hands-on experience with automated food production lines (bonus if you’re a bakery pro!)

Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and H&S regs

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

Pro at juggling priorities in a busy environment

Tech-savvy—comfortable with MS Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Full working rights in Australia

Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field
