Plasterer and Painter – Property Maintenance

Right Crew Services is a fast-growing property maintenance business committed to quality work and exceptional service. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Plasterer and Painter to join our skilled and reliable team.

We are a crew of 10 professionals with expertise in carpentry, cabinet making, roof restoration, painting, plastering, electrical, and plumbing. You'll work closely with our Maintenance Manager and collaborate with other trades, including our senior carpenter, for any guidance or support on the job.

About the Role

As our Plasterer and Painter, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial sites, including:

Interior and exterior painting with a high-quality finish

Plastering work, including patching, repairs, and full-sheet installations

Repairing and finishing ceilings and walls

Preparing surfaces, sanding, gap filling, and undercoating

Working alongside other trades for larger renovation and maintenance projects

Maintaining a clean, safe work area and ensuring jobs are completed to high standards

Communicating effectively with clients and the maintenance manager

Identifying additional maintenance needs while on-site

Representing the Right Crew Services brand with professionalism

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 4–5 years' experience in painting and plastering

Solid understanding of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation

Experience with patching, skimming, cornices, and ceiling repairs

High attention to detail and finish quality

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport

Police Check and/or Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Strong time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple jobs

Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team

Physically fit to perform manual labor and work at heights if required
