About The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated Property Manager to join a thriving property management office. You will work closely with the Senior Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day property tasks and client relationships.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with tenants and landlords to maintain strong relationships
• Conducting routine inspections and completing condition reports
• Leasing properties and coordinating maintenance
• Managing tenant records and communications
• Supporting the Senior Property Manager with administration and reporting

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience in the property industry
• Agent’s Representative Certificate or willingness to complete
• Exposure to platforms such as Property Tree, RTBA, VCAT Online, Ignite, and Inspection Express
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong administration and customer service skills

You will also have:

• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a small team
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
