Europcar are currently seeking a driven and passionate National Property Manager to join our Operations team on a full time basis that is based at our Head Office in Tullamarine.

Reporting to the Operations Director AU/NZ, this role is responsible for supporting the transformation of the network by managing the re-negotiation of property leases, managing property maintenance and identifying alternative leasing opportunities.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Reimagine our national footprint by managing property leases and sourcing new locations

Oversee property maintenance and bring fresh leasing opportunities to life

Be the key contact for all non-fleet procurement across ANZ

Lead non-fleet procurement, tenders and supplier partnerships

Champion the EV transformation - from planning to installation of EV charging infrastructure

Drive consistency and professionalism across our locations through visual branding

Support renewals, terminations, and evaluate opportunities for converting franchise to corporate stations

To be considered, you should possess:

Proven experience in property, procurement, or infrastructure management

Previous experience in franchise management highly desirable

Some exposure to car rental industry desirable

Strong understanding of commercial & legal terms of agreements and contracts

Understanding of P&L and/or familiarity with financial statements

A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects

Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record

Current and ongoing Australian work rights
