Your Role Includes:
Surface preparation: patching, sanding, gap sealing, priming
Applying undercoats and topcoats (brush, roller, and occasional spray)
Working with various finishes: low-sheen, gloss, and specialty paints
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following project timelines and standards
Coordinating with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial painting
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
Strong prep and finishing skills
A current White Card
Reliable transport to job sites
Ability to work full-time (38 hours/week)
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
