About the role

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Raine & Horne Bacchus Marsh, VIC. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring the efficient management of all aspects of the leasing and property management process. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in the real estate industry.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors

Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure properties are well-maintained

Market vacant properties, screen and select suitable tenants, and manage the leasing process

Manage rental payments, arrears, and any related disputes or legal proceedings

Prepare detailed financial reports and statements for landlords

Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations governing the residential rental market

Secure new business by generating leads and collaborating with the sales team

What we're looking for

Prior experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real estate role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

Thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations

Proficient in using property management software and MS Office suite

Experience with PropertyMe or similar property management software

A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Current Victorian Real Estate Agent's Representative Certificate or Full Licence

Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle required

Full working rights in Australia required

Available to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am. to 5:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed
