About the Role

Provide end-to-end client support across property transactions

Liaise with brokers, referral partners, legal professionals, and clients

Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance timelines

Use internal platforms and systems to manage workflows efficiently

Who We’re Looking For

Strong administration background, ideally from conveyancing, legal, or professional services

Typing speed of 90+ words per minute

High attention to detail and strong written communication

Professional, mature, and proactive mindset

No formal training is required — we’ll support the right person with onboarding and development
